Full Job Description After School Program Group Leader Overview:
Love working with children? Consider yourself a role model? Zenith Learning is seeking part-time before & after school group leaders. The Group Leaders work directly with the children using provided activity plans under the guidance of the Site Director.
- Must be available Monday
- Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in various activities after school, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Implement age-appropriate educational and recreational programs that promote social, emotional, and physical development. Monitor behavior and manage effectively, addressing any conflicts or issues that arise. Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring all materials and equipment are safe and accessible.
