Early Learning Center is looking for an energetic, dependable After-School Teacher to help students learn, create, and thrive! Our after-school program goes beyond childcare. Students participate in homework help, STEAM activities, robotics, sports, Bible lessons, creative projects, and enrichment activities in a safe and structured environment. As an After-School Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to mentor children, encourage academic success, and create exciting hands-on experiences while working with a supportive, faith-based team. Key Responsibilities Provide homework and reading assistance Lead STEAM and robotics activities Facilitate sports, games, and enrichment activities Supervise children and maintain appropriate ratios Assist with meals, transitions, and daily routines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Communicate professionally with families and team members Model positive behavior, teamwork, and Christian values Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Experience with school-age children preferred Interest in STEAM, robotics, tutoring, or youth development Dependable, energetic, patient, and organized Ability to manage a group of school-age children Must pass required background check/fingerprinting CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Must meet Texas childcare licensing requirements Help us make after-school hours count!
