Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and caring After-School Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will supervise and engage with school-age children in the afternoons, assist with homework, lead activities, and maintain a positive and safe classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities after school hours. Assist children with homework and school assignments. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and staff. Ensure compliance with all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies. Be able to pick up children from school and drop them off at the center.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license required. Prior childcare or teaching experience preferred, but not required. Ability to pass background checks and meet Texas childcare licensing requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
