Inspiration Masters is one of the largest providers of Public Speaking education in North Texas. Our team is in search of experienced teachers to teach Public Speaking and debate programs

AND SUMMER

CAMPS and related topics to elementary, middle, and high school students. We are currently hiring part-time teachers and coaches who are passionate about teaching .

EXPERIENCED SCHOOL TEACHER AND ACTIVELY TEACHING IN MIDDLE,SCHOOL OR HIGH SCHOOL MAY APPLY.

Great opportunity for teaching high achieving students who really come to learn. Our students have been the winners of national competitions. Most classes are during weekends and some may be on weekday evenings. We are also looking for teachers for the Summer Camps during the Summer Break. This is a part-time position. You may apply even if you have a full-time job. In-person classes are conducted at several locations throughout the DFW Area.

Training Provided :

Complete training provided for classes.

Required Qualifications:

Work authorization: United States Must have Public speaking or Debate coaching experience. Required Skills and Abilities. Passion for teaching Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills Ability and patience to work interactively with students Ability to conduct classes online if needed Travel to local classrooms. For debate coaches knowledge of competitions and formats.

Compensation :

$20.00 - $ 35 per hour Local guidelines for safety related to wearing of mask or social distancing per the local authorities are followed.

Work Location:

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area classrooms in person are at these locations( Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Celina, Prosper, Irving, Coppell, Southlake, Lewisville etc. )

Schedule:

In person Responsibilities Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, enhancing their communication skills by providing constructive feedback. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate with the team on each students progress on weekly basis. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
