Overview We deliver engaging afterschool programs directly in schools, introducing students to the exciting world of Robotics, Minecraft Coding & Modding, Roblox Coding, Python, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR Coding, , MIT Scratch and more. Ideal Candidate We're looking for passionate, tech-savvy individuals who love working with children and are eager to share their knowledge of coding and robotics. Whether you're experienced in programming languages like Python or Java, or familiar with platforms like Scratch, Minecraft, or Roblox, your enthusiasm and ability to connect with students matter most. Qualifications Confident classroom management skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Energetic, curious, and open to learning new technologies Clear and engaging communication style Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring preferred Comfortable with software, hardware, and digital tools Flexible and responsive to diverse student needs Key Responsibilities Lead interactive sessions for students ages 6-10 Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Track student progress and share meaningful feedback with parents Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners Experience working with children in educational or camp settings, demonstrating patience and adaptability Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Proficiency in teaching robotics, coding languages (such as Scratch or Python), or related STEM activities Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with first aid protocols to ensure safety during all activities Experience working with special education needs or youth development programs is a plus Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear instructions and foster positive relationships with students and colleagues Embark on a rewarding journey by inspiring young minds through innovative technology education!
