Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Taekwondo Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has Taekwondo experience and the ability to effectively teach and engage students in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role involves sharing positive energy with students, building confidence and respect through martial arts training, and implementing effective behavior management strategies to maintain a focused and encouraging atmosphere. Responsibilities Plan and lead Taekwondo classes based on student level and age group Instruct small groups ranging from young children to teens Support the development of discipline, confidence, respect, and leadership Ensure a safe and structured learning environment during all activities Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback Participate in belt tests, school events, demos, and competitions Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to improve curriculum and training quality Qualifications Black belt in Taekwondo (minimum 1st Dan required; teaching experience preferred) Experience working with children and teens in an instructional or mentoring role Positive, energetic personality with strong communication skills Ability to work responsibly and as part of a team Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available) Availability to teach 2-5 days per week (schedule negotiable) If you are passionate about making a difference in students' lives through Taekwondo, we'd love to meet you!
