Group Leader Each Group Leader works with their specific group of students each afternoon (including check-in, snack time, outdoor activities, enrichment, and homework/quiet time). Group leaders are fast learners; the position has a five day training period, with ample opportunities to learn more as you go.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of experience in childcare, and the ability to obtain and pass the required background check. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 14 days of employment. Positions are determined by the Triple A Manager and are contingent upon the interview process. If hired, positions are subject to change. What are the hours? Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays from 2:00 p.m.

• 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m.
• 6 p.m. Triple A staff members are asked to work up to 25 hours per week. There is the possibility for additional hours through other school programs. Please keep in mind, this position is for the 2026-2027 school year with contract dates of August 4, 2026
