Our instructors lead engaging Chess and STEM classes that help elementary students build confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and curiosity through games, hands-on projects, and guided instruction. You bring the energy, leadership, chess knowledge, and enthusiasm . We provide the curriculum, lesson plans, paid training, and program materials . Chess Experience Required Applicants must understand and be able to explain: Chess-piece movement and legal moves Castling Forks Pins Skewers Basic chess strategy and gameplay You must be comfortable demonstrating these concepts and teaching them to elementary-aged students.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$26.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Estimated Earnings:
Approximately $200 per week , depending on pay rate and assigned schedule
Guaranteed Class Minimum:

Your responsibilities may include:

Independently supervise and manage groups of up to 20 elementary-aged students
Classroom Management:
Establish clear expectations, redirect student behavior appropriately, and maintain a safe, structured, and engaging classroom

Clearly and professionally communicate with students, parents or guardians, school staff, and Level UP leadership
Active Classroom Environment:
