Our private preschool is seeking a dynamic School-Age Lead Teacher to lead our after-school and school-age program. This role is perfect for a creative educator who enjoys building relationships with older children, facilitating engaging activities, and creating an environment where children want to be after school.

Schedule:

Candidates must be available to work 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM Monday-Friday . Full time hours are available as wel! Responsibilities Lead daily school-age programming and enrichment activities Create engaging experiences in STEM, art, literacy, outdoor learning, and group games Foster independence, leadership, and problem-solving skills Build strong relationships with children and families Maintain a positive and structured environment Supervise homework support and enrichment opportunities Ensure safety and maintain program quality standards Qualifications Experience working with school-age children Strong leadership and classroom management skills Ability to create fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities Excellent communication skills Positive and energetic personality Dependable and professional work ethic The Educator We're Looking For You are the teacher children run to greet.
