Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons for primary grade students. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with teammates and school leaders to support school-wide goals. Implement behavior management strategies that support positive student development. Integrate social-emotional learning into daily classroom routines. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress. Participate in professional development and coaching to continually improve practice. Support school events, family engagement activities, and community-building efforts.
