Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for KIPP Journey Primary to inspire and support young learners in a nurturing, structured school environment. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that build early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills. You will create an inclusive classroom culture, use assessments to guide instruction, and partner closely with families. Collaborate with teammates and school leaders to support school-wide goals. Implement behavior management strategies that support positive student development. Integrate social-emotional learning into daily classroom routines. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress. Participate in professional development and coaching to continually improve practice. Support school events, family engagement activities, and community-building efforts.
