Dixie Middle School is seeking a qualified teacher to help serve students in grades 5-8. The Study Skills teacher will provide instruction for students in four focus areas: Career Exploration, Technology Skills/Typing, Learning/Study Strategies, and Personal Leadership. The teacher will strengthen students' skills in the use of technology programs, which may include Google applications and other programs. The ability to manage a productive learning environment, integrate learning technology tools into lessons, and use curriculum resources to design engaging lessons are essential qualities for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid State of Ohio License or Certificate appropriate for the assignment (K-12, K-8, or 4-9 teaching license). A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
