Middle School Math Teacher

Overview St. Louis Catholic School in Alexandria, VA is seeking a faith-filled, high-impact Middle School Math Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging middle school math instruction aligned with curriculum standards Build a structured, disciplined, and positive classroom culture rooted in Catholic values Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinkin Provide meaningful assessment and feedback to drive student growth and mastery Integrate faith and character formation into daily classroom experiences Maintain strong classroom management and high expectations for all students Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with faculty and staff Serve as a visible, daily witness to the Catholic faith and school mission Contribute to school life, activities, and community initiatives

Qualifications Required:

Virginia state licensure or VCEA certification Bachelor's degree or higher Strong alignment with the mission of Catholic education Excellent classroom management and communication skills Passion for teaching middle school mathematics

Preferred:
