Duties Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities, standards, and assessments to monitor progress Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom activities in accordance with licensing requirements Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings Experience in lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Experience teaching literacy and/or math is highly desirable Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Certification in first aid and

CPR Pay:

Up to $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 37.0 per week
