Aug 24, 2026 Job Description The Site Coordinator is the primary site-based leader responsible for the effective day-to-day operation, quality, safety, and student experience of an EPIC program site. Working as a member of the Tapestry & EPIC Leadership Team, the Site Coordinator creates a welcoming and engaging environment where students feel safe, connected, challenged, and supported. The Coordinator provides leadership to staff, develops and coordinates meaningful expanded learning opportunities, builds strong relationships with students and families, collaborates with the host school, and ensures that program operations are organized, compliant, and responsive to student needs. The Site Coordinator is expected to be visible, engaged, and actively involved with students and staff, while also providing the planning, communication, supervision, and organizational leadership necessary for a successful program.
