Seattle Hebrew Academy Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-5:30 PM (Flexible—applicants may work one or more days per week but Wednesdays are required)

Pay:

$30.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our after-school program team. Staff members create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children ranging from early childhood through 8th grade. Start date is August 25, 2026. Responsibilities Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment. Assist students with homework and academic support as needed. Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities. Encourage positive social interactions and model respectful behavior. Monitor indoor and outdoor activities to ensure children's safety. Help with program setup, cleanup, and organization. Communicate professionally with fellow staff and families. Respond appropriately to children's needs and follow program policies and procedures. Support a fun, inclusive, and engaging after-school experience for all participants. Qualifications Experience working with children is preferred. Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to engage children of varying ages and interests. Must be able to actively supervise children in both indoor and outdoor settings. Background check required prior to employment. What We Offer Competitive pay of $30 per hour .
