In this role, you will facilitate STEM activities, supervise children, and support their social and emotional development through fun, structured programs. Your energy and leadership will help foster a safe, nurturing space where kids can learn, grow, and thrive beyond the classroom. Responsibilities Lead engaging STEM activities such as financial literacy, engineering, coding, sports math, and more. Training will be provided by us. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful environment Get hands-on teaching experience that can further your career. Facilitate classroom activities and supervise learning during sessions. Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing appropriate accommodations Experience Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred Interested in the field of math and sciences and willing to learn in other STEM-related areas.
