Student scores in the core subjects exceed national and state averages. Position Summary PODER Secondary is a small-school environment where teachers track individual students and tailor instruction accordingly. There is a heavy focus on classroom management where behavior disruptions are minimized. Seeking creative minds who enjoy teaching science.
