As an Assistant Games Manager , you will be responsible for supporting the Games Manager with the running of the games either stand alone or at one of our partner parks, ensuring budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to. Person Specification:

Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours) Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone Have reliable transportation Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards. Experience in amusement games at supervisor level. Team management or supervisor skills You will be self-directed and highly motivated Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable) Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
