Chicago, IL Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary To work on all aspects of removals, collections, deliveries and installations of personal effects, art and antiques under the management of immediate supervisor. Key Responsibilities Collections and deliveries on a daily basis, driving locally and interstate as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Experience High school diploma / GED required Three years of experience in the art handling industry; packing, handling and installing on a local and interstate basis Three years of logistical, warehousing and moving experience Understanding inventory processes and the ability to learn how to improve on handling art and antiquities from collection through to installation Excellent problem-solving skills Familiarity with OSHA regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Impeccable communication and multitasking skills Ability to accurately execute detailed paperwork and condition reporting Team player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment Comfortable in a results-driven workplace Experience with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, jbars, dollies and other necessary logistics equipment Ability to safely lift 70 pounds and maneuver objects of substantial size and weight on a daily basis without damage to object or person, including the ability to push and pull 150 pounds on a dolly or cart Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist and reach overhead
