Posting Details Position Information Position Title Studio Art Assistant - Student Worker Department ACSS Division Job Description The Studio Art Assistant will help faculty in the studio art courses with preparation and clean-up. The person in this role may also assist with the installation and deinstallation of exhibits Candidates with prior studio art experience are preferred. Applicants may becurrently enrolled in a studio art course. However, Studio Art Assistants must dedicatetheir work hours to supporting studio operations rather than completing personal projectsor coursework. Qualifications/Skills Required Applicants must be responsible, professional, and work well with others. Applicants must have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Applicant must have proactive communication skills. Applicants must be highly reliable and punctual, with effective time management. Number of Hours Per Week 10 Days of Week Flexible Physical Demands Able to lift and move objects and materials up to 50 lbs.
