Qualifications Required knowledge and skills Experience using Microsoft office products (particularly Word/Excel). Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and students. Able to work independently to complete assignments neatly and accurately with little supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information. Required experience Prior experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required. Computer experience preferred. Previous experience in Music, Art, or Theatre is preferred. Required educational background Federal Work Study eligible preferred. Must be a current Butler student or enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester.
