Answer phone and accurately field questions. Process ticket sales, merchandise sales, membership sales, and refunds using a credit card machine. Accurately record sales and receipts using the Altru point-of-sale program. Restock merchandise in the gift shop. Inventory management which includes processing inventory shipments, organizing and displaying new merchandise and assisting with quarterly inventory counts. Assist with group visit operations. Collect constituent information, encourage enrollment in the membership program. Other duties as assigned.
