JOB DESCRIPTION

Museum Manager Assistant:

oversee day-to-day operations of three offices, provide outstanding customer service, respond quickly and efficiently to all forms of communication (email, phone, text, messengers), manage inventory and order merchandise as needed, perform administrative tasks, including making reports of monthly sales and expenses, participate in marketing activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma plus one year experience working in a museum, art gallery or hospitality industry; computer literate. Must be available on weekends and holidays.
