Gallery Director & Business Development Manager DeBilzan Fine Art Gallerie - Santa Fe, New Mexico Help Build One of Santa Fe's Premier Fine Art Destinations The DeBilzan Fine Art Gallerie is seeking an exceptional Gallery Director & Business Development Manager to lead our flagship Santa Fe location. Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, our beautifully designed gallery spans nearly 5,000 square feet and showcases the work of internationally collected artist William DeBilzan, along with a curated selection of accomplished contemporary artists. Since opening, visitors consistently describe the gallery as one of the most beautiful and inspiring art spaces in Santa Fe. This is not just a management role—it is a rare opportunity to help build a nationally recognized luxury art brand with significant long-term growth, leadership, and creative influence. About Us For more than three decades, William DeBilzan has built an internationally recognized career as a fine artist. Today, the DeBilzan brand continues to expand beyond fine art into luxury lifestyle products, fashion, home décor, collector experiences, and new creative ventures. We are building something larger than a gallery—we are building a brand. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Santa Fe gallery, ensuring an exceptional luxury visitor experience.
- Drive gallery sales performance and consistently achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with collectors, interior designers, architects, luxury clients, hotels, and corporate partners.
- Actively develop new business opportunities and expand the gallery's client base.
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to track clients, sales activity, and relationship development.
- Oversee marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, email outreach, and event promotion.
- Plan and execute gallery events, openings, private collector evenings, and special exhibitions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor gallery staff, fostering a high-performance, service-driven culture.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, branding, and client experience.
- Work directly with William and Elena DeBilzan on strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications The ideal candidate is:
- A confident and natural leader.
- Highly professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong in sales, relationship building, and client development.
- Experienced in luxury retail, fine art, hospitality, interior design, real estate, or high-end sales.
- Comfortable managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. Experience in the art world is a plus—but not required. Leadership ability, sales drive, and cultural sophistication matter most. Compensation We offer a competitive and performance-driven compensation package, including:
