Job Description

The Worship & Programming Leader is responsible for developing people within the Worship & Programming team and delivering excellent, engaging weekend experiences that attract and engage those far from God. The Worship & Programming Leader will work within a clear, central vision and take ownership of bringing that vision to life at a high level across locations. This role is full-time and will report to the Programming Director. Primary Responsibilities Service Programming Own the execution of weekend services at each location—ensuring alignment with the central vision. Craft and adapt arrangements and transitions (Playback, etc.) alongside the Programming Coordinator to support service flow and engagement customized to each location. Work alongside the Programming Team to contribute ideas in the planning phase to craft services that attract and engage the unchurched. Volunteer Leadership & Development Lead and develop location bands, including onboarding, training and execution of sets. Build and develop leadership pipelines of coaches and music directors within bands. Create clear, repeatable systems to set the band up for success in Sunday morning flow (set up/takedown, when applicable), rehearsal preparation, and team training. Regularly lead from the stage and model the level of leadership you expect from others. Qualifications This role is right for you if you have: 5+ years of worship team leadership experience. Passion for growing in faith and engaging people far from God to do the same. Ability to rally a team to execute a larger vision. Strong musical and vocal competency, and confidence leading from stage. Proven ability to develop people and multiply leadership, coaching others into their full potential.
