Job Description A K-8 music teacher instructs students from kindergarten through middle school, building foundational rhythm, vocal, and instrumental skills for young children while transitioning to modern band, ensemble, or music history concepts for older grades. Key Responsibilities Teach steady beat, pitch, and basic notation to early elementary students (K-2). Introduce instruments like recorders, ukuleles, or percussion in upper elementary grades (3-5).
