Job Description

Piano Teacher Job Opening We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Voice/Piano Teacher to join our music faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire students of all ages and skill levels, nurturing a love for music while helping them develop strong technical foundations and expressive artistry. This position involves one-on-one instruction, recital preparation, and a commitment to each student's individual growth. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of teaching experience. We are looking for someone who is patient, kind, creative, and adaptable in their teaching approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's level, goals, and learning style. Provide a well-rounded curriculum that incorporates technique, repertoire, theory, and musical expression. Encourage consistent practice habits and offer constructive, supportive feedback. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Maintain open and professional communication with students and parents regarding progress and goals. Continuously assess student development and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Participate in student recitals and actively motivate students to perform and share their progress with confidence.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Degree in Music or substantial professional performance experience Prior teaching experience with children, teens, and/or adults Strong vocal technique across appropriate styles for the teacher's expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Passion for music education and student-centered teaching
