This role involves fostering a positive learning environment, understanding specific needs of each student, and helping students develop and progress in their musical skills, as well as challenging them as needed. Teaching with kindness, compassion, flexibility in methods, and ability to be attuned to students needs are the main requirements, as well as excellent student retention.
