Duties Conduct engaging music classes for children and adults, focusing on various aspects of music theory, performance, and appreciation. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development. Stay updated on best practices in music education and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum. Qualifications Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies for children. Experience working with adult learners is a plus, demonstrating versatility in teaching methods. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts to students of all ages. A degree in Music or a related field is required.
