The ideal candidate will possess strong musical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs. The Instructor will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans and managing classroom dynamics effectively. Key Responsibilities Delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs, encompassing technique, music theory, and repertoire. Guiding students in preparing for recitals, exams, and other performance opportunities. Conduct engaging lessons that promote student participation and enthusiasm for learning. Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive environment conducive to learning. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians. Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to support improvement. Managing schedules, tracking student progress, and handling other administrative duties. Experience Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Piano Performance or related field preferred Certification or licensure in music education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and a passion for teaching music Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
