Who We're Looking For We're looking for a special kind of music teacher —someone who is musical and skilled, but equally importantly, someone who is creative, dependable, adaptable and genuinely loves working with children. Professional, responsible and dependable, and likes to have fun a MUST! Our Teaching Philosophy We believe the capabilities of children are often underestimated. Our job isn't simply to deliver the same lesson to every student. It's to find the way into each child—to understand what motivates them, what challenges them, and what approach helps them connect with music and recognize what they're capable of accomplishing. If a child isn't connecting, we don't immediately conclude that the child "can't do it." We ask ourselves whether there might be another way to reach them. If that challenge excites you rather than frustrates you, we would love to meet you. To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note answering: What do you love about teaching children, and tell us about a time you changed your approach to connect with or help a particular student?
