Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and experience working with students of various ages. This role involves teaching music theory, instrument proficiency, and fostering a love for music in both children and adults. The Music Teacher will create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students while promoting a positive learning environment. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach music theory, instrument techniques, and vocal practices to students of all ages. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages student participation and creativity. Manage behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Organize and prepare students for performances, when the student is ready. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music education into broader learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Experience Proven experience working with students in a music education setting is essential, but we are willing to accept low experience to help you grow with our company. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support diverse learners. Experience in lesson planning tailored for various age groups, including children and adults. Background in childcare or adult education is a plus, but not mandatory. We encourage candidates who are enthusiastic about music education and possess the ability to inspire students through their teaching methods to apply.
