Piano and Violin Instructor

Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive string lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and skill levels Deliver engaging piano and violin instruction that emphasizes proper technique Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement Incorporate various teaching methods, including curriculum development, to enhance learning outcomes Organize performance pieces for use in student showcases and recitals. Collaborate with parents, guardians, or other educators to support student development Maintain accurate records of attendance and lesson plans Requirements Proven experience in teaching string techniques or music education, with a strong understanding of music theory Background in curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse age groups including children and adults Classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging and disciplined learning environment Experience working with children, early childhood education, or special education is highly desirable Strong communication skills for effective instruction and feedback Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and developmental stages Experience in tutoring or one-on-one instruction preferred
