Our mission is to provide high-quality music education in a positive, supportive, encouraging, and family-friendly environment. We are currently building our founding team of instructors and are seeking passionate educators who are committed to helping students develop confidence, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music. Now Hiring We are currently accepting applications from instructors who have experience teaching and/or performing at a high level on one or more of the following instruments: Piano Violin Viola Cello Responsibilities Teach private lessons and/or group classes Work with students of varying ages and skill levels Work with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures Create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students Monitor student progress and assist students in achieving their musical goals Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff Participate in studio recitals, performances, and academy events Qualifications We are looking for instructors who are: Passionate about music education and helping students develop their musical skills and confidence Reliable, professional, and punctual Patient, positive, and encouraging with students Comfortable teaching children, teens, and adults Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff Team-oriented and willing to contribute to a positive academy culture High school diploma or equivalent education, teaching experience, or significant performance experience will also be considered. Teaching experience is strongly preferred but is not required for every position. Schedule This is a part-time position . Instructor schedules are built around student enrollment and availability. Expected hours range from 0.5 to 30 hours per week , depending on student demand, instructor availability, and the number of students assigned.
Our tentative teaching schedule includes:
Weekday afternoons and evenings Saturdays Sundays As the academy grows, instructors may have opportunities to increase their teaching hours. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, instrument specialty, and lesson format. Additional compensation opportunities may be available for group classes, workshops, performances, and special events. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
