As a Guitar Instructor, you will design engaging lessons that foster technical skill, musicality, and confidence. Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to diverse student needs, including beginners, children, and adults.
- Deliver engaging Guitar lessons that emphasize proper technique, tone production, sight-reading, and musical interpretation.
- Prepare students for recitals and additional performance opportunities
- Communicate with families about student progress, lessons, and practice suggestions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching Guitar with a strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to work with children, teenagers, and adults across different skill levels.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students through innovative teaching techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a supportive environment that encourages artistic growth.
