Who We're Looking For We're hiring energetic and dependable music instructors who love working with kids and are excited to make an impact through music. You don't need classroom experience as we'll train the right person! ✅ You're a great fit if: You enjoy working with children in a joyful, structured environment You're a confident sight-reader (treble + bass clef) You have a basic understanding of piano technique and music theory You're reliable, professional, and a clear communicator You're eager to grow as a teacher and musician What You'll Do Teach beginner group piano classes (max 5 students) using our proven curriculum Focus on sight-reading, technique, rhythm, ear training, and building repertoire Support each student's growth as both a musician and person Show up, teach, and go home— no prep or follow-up required Schedule & Availability Afternoon/early evening shifts Primary need: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4-7pm, Saturday 9am-Noon Starting at 3-6 hours per week , with growth opportunities Compensation & Perks Starting at $18/hour (with room to grow based on experience and role) Paid sick time Paid training Supportive admin team— no parent emails or curriculum planning Requirements Sufficient piano experience to demonstrate the skill sets listed Teaching experience is a bonus, but not required Must be available to teach in person (Colorado Springs) Join Our Team If you're excited to bring music to life for kids in a collaborative, low-stress environment this might be the perfect role for you.
