If you love helping students build confidence through music and enjoy teaching students of all ages and skill levels, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Teach private drum lessons to beginner through advanced students. Create engaging, personalized lesson plans based on each student's goals. Prepare students for recitals, performances, auditions, and school band programs. Encourage a fun, positive, and motivating learning environment. Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress. Maintain a professional and reliable teaching schedule. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of drum teaching and/or professional performance experience. Strong knowledge of rock, pop, jazz, funk, and contemporary drumming styles. Ability to read music and teach music notation. Experience working with children, teens, and adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Marching band experience is a strong plus. Experience with drumline, percussion ensembles, or school band programs.
