Job description: Bold Music is looking to hire a part time Music Instructor. This position is a great fit for experienced musicians who love to play and are looking for a long-term fit with growth opportunities. Bold takes care of all the difficult and time consuming elements of advertising and enrolling students, so all you have to do is agree to a student opportunity that you are offered and you're off teaching! Accept students at times that work for you A variety of performance opportunities in addition to private lessons The majority of our students are ages 6-13, have lessons after school, and take piano, guitar, or voice lessons. Lessons are held at the same time each week based on a time you have to offer. We don't have a set curriculum but expect you to find a common ground between what you excel at and what is best for the student and their family. To work with Bold you will need to be comfortable driving to the majority of these areas for private In-home lessons: Decatur Midtown Buckhead Brookhaven Roswell Marietta Bold is growing fast in the Atlanta market. Requirements Ability to drive to a students house for lessons (around 1 hr) Previous teaching experience is welcome (not required) Music degree welcome (not required) Ability to communicate quickly with management team Must be able to communicate effectively with students, manage calendar effectively, and complete attendance responsibilities in a timely manner. Must pass a background check, reference check and detailed music knowledge assessment.
