Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Vocal Instructor to inspire and develop students' singing talents across a variety of age groups and skill levels. In this role, you will design engaging curriculum plans, deliver energetic lessons, and foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and technical growth. Your expertise in vocal techniques, performance skills, and arts education will help students unlock their full potential and cultivate a lifelong love for music. Duties Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to students' ages, skill levels, and artistic goals, incorporating vocal techniques, performance skills, and musical theory Deliver energetic and motivating voice lessons that emphasize proper breathing, pitch control, diction, and stage presence Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a respectful, inclusive environment that promotes active participation and creative expression Incorporate choreography, dance instruction, or movement exercises to enhance performance versatility when appropriate Prepare students for performances by coaching stage presence, audition techniques, and repertoire selection Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and lesson plans while providing constructive feedback to students and parents Qualifications Proven experience in teaching vocal performance, music education, or related arts disciplines with a focus on youth programs or early childhood education Strong background in curriculum development for singing instruction across diverse age groups Knowledge of classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment Experience working with children and understanding childhood development principles Familiarity with musical instruments or instrumental performance is a plus for integrated teaching approaches Join us as a Vocal Instructor and play a vital role in nurturing artistic talent while creating memorable experiences for our students.
