Job Description

Music Instructor for Drums, Guitar, & Voice Passionate about music and love inspiring others? We are looking for talented, energetic Music Instructors to guide students on their musical journeys. Whether teaching a five-year-old their first rhythm or helping an adult master vocal control, you'll play a key role in building confidence and musicality in our community.
Schedule & Details Hours:
Part-time, after-school peak hours (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Student Base:
Ages 5 through adults (age minimum varies by instrument)
Location:
Idaho Rhythm, Nampa Idaho What You'll Do Deliver engaging, tailored lessons in one or more instruments Adapt lesson plans to suit beginner children, or adults. Craft your lesson plans around studio benchmarks. Use our approved curriculum or bring your own. Create a warm, encouraging environment that keeps students excited to practice. Track student progress and communicate constructive feedback to parents and adult learners.
What We're Looking For Instrument Expertise:
Strong proficiency in at least one key discipline (Drums, Guitar, or Voice). Instructors capable of teaching multiple instruments are highly preferred.
Teaching Savvy:
Prior instruction or mentorship experience preferred, with the patience and adaptability required for early childhood learners up through adults.
Reliability:
Consistent availability during weekday after-school hours (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with young students and maintain clear communication with parents. Why Teach With Us?
