Full Job Description Position:
Guitar Instructor (Part-Time)
Location:
Clarendon Hills and / or Geneva Campuses (In-Campus / In-Home) Non-profit organization is currently seeking a Guitar Instructor to join our team at our Clarendon Hills, IL and / or Geneva, IL Campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and high-quality guitar instruction to students of all ages, both in private lessons and potentially group classes. Assess and track students' musical progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Collaborate effectively with parents, administrative staff, and school directors for scheduling and communication. Maintain timely and professional correspondence with directors, school staff, and parents. Actively participate in quarterly faculty meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in guitar instruction. Strong ability to communicate musical techniques and concepts to students of various skill levels. A personable and collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with students, families, and administration. A high level of personal responsibility, professionalism, and musicianship.
Preferred Qualifications:
