Loves teaching and inspiring students Is reliable, organized, and communicates exceptionally well Has strong musicianship and proficiency on their primary instrument Enjoys working with both children and adults Believes every family deserves a five-star experience Is coachable and excited to grow professionally Takes ownership rather than making excuses Works well with a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications College training in music or equivalent professional experience Previous teaching experience preferred Ability to teach multiple styles is a plus Availability during after-school and evening hours Weekend availability is a bonus Compensation & Benefits Competitive lesson pay Flexible scheduling Paid training and onboarding Administrative support so you can focus on teaching Opportunities for additional teaching hours as enrollment grows Professional development opportunities Positive, encouraging workplace culture Who We Are Middle C Music is one of the fastest-growing music schools in St. Tammany Parish, serving over 150 active students through private lessons, group classes, performances, and community programs.
