Role Schedule:

Fridays required, with a flexible second teaching day

Start Date:

mid September 2026

Compensation:

$32-$40 per hour, based on experience and education Responsibilities Teach engaging one-on-one drum lessons for students of all ages and skill levels Build strong rhythmic technique and solid musicianship in a supportive, encouraging environment Prepare students for studio recitals (held twice annually: Fall & Spring) Communicate student progress and goals with parents before or after lessons Support and encourage students during recital performances Additional Opportunities Instructors at The Music Room may also participate in: Teaching music camps during school breaks and summer months Performing or collaborating in pit, ensemble, or orchestra work Who We're Looking For If you're a passionate drum instructor with a balance of warmth and structure, and you enjoy connecting with students, fostering confidence, and helping young musicians grow both technically and artistically, we'd love to hear from you.
