Job Description
The Needham Public Schools, under the direction of Needham Community Education, offers a comprehensive program of private lesson instruction for beginners through advanced music students. The Private Lesson Program is available for any Needham Public School student in grades 1 through 12 and with the potential for instructing adult lessons. Private lessons take place after school in one of the District school buildings for an additional fee paid by enrolled families. We are looking for potential private music instructors for the current school year.
In addition to providing instruction to students, private lesson instructors are expected to:
Track student registration and attendance. Actively communicate with families, students, and the private music lesson coordinator as needed. This position is paid hourly at the rate of $63.56.
