Job Description
Wareham Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Music Teacher to provide instruction in Band, Choir, and General Music for approximately two months.
ResponsibilitiesThe Long-Term Substitute Music Teacher will: Teach Band, Choir, and General Music classes.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons appropriate to the grade level and content area.
Implement a variety of instructional strategies to support student achievement and engagement.
Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments.
Evaluate student work and maintain accurate grades.
Maintain student attendance, grades, and other required records.
Provide a positive, supportive, and well-managed learning environment.
Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and staff as appropriate.
Perform other related duties as assigned by administration.
