We are seeking an enthusiastic Guitar Teacher with a strong classical guitar background to join our growing faculty and inspire students of all ages through exceptional music education. with employer matching Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and customer service Established student pipeline with ongoing new student referrals Responsibilities Provide engaging, high-quality private classical guitar instruction to children, teens, and adults Teach 30, 45, and 60-minute private lessons Prepare students for performances, recitals, auditions, and personal musical goals Build positive relationships with students and families that support long-term musical growth Encourage participation in recitals, camps, ensembles, and other school programs that enrich the student experience Maintain accurate lesson notes and communicate student progress when appropriate Participate in faculty meetings, recitals, and other school activities as requested Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Music or equivalent professional experience preferred Previous experience teaching private classical guitar lessons Strong classical guitar performance skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching students of all ages and abilities Reliable availability during scheduled teaching days Authorization to work in the United States Why Baltimore School of Music?
