In this role, you will inspire students by sharing your passion for guitar and music, helping them develop their skills through engaging lessons. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of age groups and skill levels, contributing to our mission of nurturing musical growth in a supportive environment. Duties Deliver engaging guitar lessons tailored to each student's age, skill level, and learning style Use your own curriculum plan that promote technical proficiency and musical expression Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and growth. Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement Prepare students for performances, auditions or recitals by guiding practice routines and stage presence Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school concerts or community outreach initiatives. Requirements Proven experience teaching guitar Experience in lesson planning tailored for diverse learners Knowledge and proficiency of different guitar genres Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students of all ages. Experience working with children, youth programs, and/or adults Passion for teaching music and inspiring students through innovative instructional techniques A degree in Music Performance, or Music Education or related field is highly desirable.
