In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and guide students through technical vocal training across various genres. Your expertise will help students unlock their full potential, whether they are pursuing personal growth, preparing for performances, or advancing their musical careers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' artistic journeys while honing your teaching skills. Duties Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to intermediate and advanced vocal techniques, incorporating elements of theater, singing, and performance skills Deliver dynamic voice lessons that emphasize proper breathing, pitch control, diction, and vocal health Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a supportive and disciplined space conducive to learning Provide individualized coaching and constructive feedback to help students improve their vocal range, tone quality, and stage presence Incorporate creative activities such as photography projects or theatrical exercises to enhance artistic expression Plan and execute performance opportunities that showcase student progress and build confidence Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance for ongoing assessment Requirements Proven experience teaching voice at intermediate to advanced levels with a strong portfolio of student success stories Demonstrated ability in curriculum development for diverse age groups including children, teenagers, and adults Classroom management skills that foster motivation, discipline, and positive behavior among students Experience working with children, early childhood education, preschoolers or special education is highly desirable Knowledge of various artistic disciplines such as theater, dancing (including ballet), sewing or culinary arts is a plus for integrated lesson planning Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles Background in childhood development and behavior management techniques to support student growth Join us in creating an inspiring environment where aspiring singers can thrive!
