The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drum Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled musician and a natural educator who can connect with students, create engaging lesson plans, and inspire a genuine passion for music. This is a flexible, part-time position with opportunities to grow with our academy. Responsibilities Teach effective one-on-one lessons on drums to students of varying ages and skill levels. Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning style and goals of each student. Develop students' rhythmic proficiency by teaching essential rudiments, full drum kit coordination, dynamic control, and drum sheet music reading. Communicate regularly and professionally with students and their parents to provide progress updates. Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
