Job Title:
General Music Teacher Long Term Substitute•Bayport Elementary School and Lily Lake Elementary School Job Summary:
To develop materials and lesson plans; conduct instruction; regularly evaluate instructional materials for grade appropriateness; and continually assess student development and performance. To regularly meet with parents / guardians / responsible adults and/or students to ensure everyone's clear understanding of that student's or students' overall performance in terms of strengths / weaknesses, progress / potential and any other observable characteristics, abilities or challenges which are affecting the student's or students' performance. FTE/Hours perDay:
1.0 FTE from November 16, 2026 through early April of 2027.Teaching Schedule:
Days 1,3, 4and 6 at Bayport Elementary, and Days 2 and 5 at Lily Lake Elementary. Working hours are 7:15- 3:15 daily.
Qualifications:
An Elementary Classroom or Vocal Music teaching licensure issued by theState of Minnesota Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment. Masters Degree preferred.Diversity:
